I am very grateful for the family-owned business that is OROLATINA®!  The owner's son provided me with special attention and at a tremendous value, something that no other jewelry was willing to do.  I am a bigger woman, and their standard necklace sizes are only 17 inches; not going to work.  They told me they could bring the price down if I was willing to wait.  Apparently, they can piggy-back custom orders on to larger stock orders with manufacturers and thereby be able to offset some of the cost of a custom order.  I purchased a 22 inch graduated floral necklace in 14k tricolor gold.  I wear it every day now and I have gotten so many compliments.  I will definitely use them for future purchases!

This is how you start a business relationship!  I admit I was skeptical at first.  The pictures looked too good to be true.  But after speaking with the owner's son and his photographer I decided to take the risk.  WOW! is the only appropriate response to what I received.  I ordered a 14 karat white gold diamond locket with a 2 strand cable chain with diamond locks on each side to hold the 2 chains properly together.  This was one of their limited edition pieces and anywhere else, it would have been at least another 1-2 thousand dollars more.  My wife LOVES it and I will definitely look to shop OROLATINA.com® again the next time I buy a gift for my wife.

I have been buying from these guys for years and I am very appreciative of their service and quality.  I have a thing for eagles and buy eagle pendants, eagle rings and I am even hunting for a great bracelet with a big eagle on it.  The OROLATINA® folks have been very responsive to my needs, and making a return has always been easy.  Inside of 10 purchases, I have made 3 returns.  It is always the same, a non-issue.  I appreciate that they also keep their eyes out for new jewelry featuring eagles. Oftentimes they will email me the pictures and the price before they even have it up on their website.

I spent a year shopping for diamond rings.  Chris at OROLATINA has always been so helpful.  Stock, they do not carry D, E, and F (colorless) diamond jewelry.  However, he was able to provide me with a great deal of advice, information, and several good referrals to reputable jewelers who specialize in the highest quality diamonds.  I have since picked up several pairs of rose gold earrings, a white gold necklace, and I am looking for a bracelet for my husband.  I highly recommend OROLATINA!
